At Suit Culture, we want you to feel confident in your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, unaltered tailoring. If your garment isn't perfect, we provide a seamless process for exchanges or full refunds to ensure your sartorial satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the suit in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
